You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Customized or personal items, such as jewelry, are non-returnable.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for a refund. If the item is in eligible condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to appear on your account.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assist you in finding a suitable replacement and processing the exchange.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If you are returning an item due to a manufacturer’s defect or our error, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
